The responsibilities and duties of a Credit Manager are key to our credit office. Supervising and overseeing every operation and transaction, assuring professionalism and accuracy is delivered by self and each office employee. Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Be able to interact with customers and handle the day to day office tasks
Basic filing skills with knowledge of alphabetical and numerical systems
Capable of lifting and pulling office supplies or household furnishings up to fifty (50) pounds at heights up to four (4') feet.
Soliciting business by phone or mail for special events/general promotions.
Responsible for assigned cash drawer and deposits
Collect payments by cash, check, or debit/credit card with validation of identity.
Actively collect accounts receivable
Must be proficient in basic math by use of calculator/adding machine.
Prior supervisory and collections experience is a plus.
