Credit Manager

The responsibilities and duties of a Credit Manager are key to our credit office. Supervising and overseeing every operation and transaction, assuring professionalism and accuracy is delivered by self and each office employee.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Be able to interact with customers and handle the day to day office tasks
  • Basic filing skills with knowledge of alphabetical and numerical systems
  • Capable of lifting and pulling office supplies or household furnishings up to fifty (50) pounds at heights up to four (4') feet.
  • Soliciting business by phone or mail for special events/general promotions.
  • Responsible for assigned cash drawer and deposits
  • Collect payments by cash, check, or debit/credit card with validation of identity.
  • Actively collect accounts receivable
  • Must be proficient in basic math by use of calculator/adding machine.

Prior supervisory and collections experience is a plus.
